RULES :
- Nominal charges will be applied for minor damages.
- Customers will have to buy toys (@depreciated rate – MAX 50%) for bigger damages.
- If a piece is missing in a puzzle or a page is torn in a book, the customer will have to purchase it.
- No late fees for exchanging any item within membership terms.
- Flexibility in every exchange.
- Maximum “4” EXCHANGES per MONTH.
- Points are based on the value of the product, so choose accordingly.
- Membership should be renewed within a week from the end date of membership; otherwise, ONE MONTH fee will be deducted directly from the DEPOSIT amount.
- Home Delivery charges are extra (not included in the membership).
- Batteries/cells (AA / AAA) are not included in any toys.
- PARTY TOYS (Slides/ Trampolines / Electric Cars or PRAMs) are not included in the membership plans, they are charged on Daily / Weekly basis.
- For 1 set of toys, a minimum of 1 point of books is recommended.
Eg. For “4 points” membership, you can select 3 toys + 1 point book.
For a “3 points” membership, you can select 2 toys + 1 point book. - If you are going on a vacation, please return the toys and mention a break
(which can be used as an EXTENSION), otherwise as per the plan, charges
will be deducted from the deposit amount.- For 3 months plan – 1 Break allowed,
- For 6 months plan – 2 Breaks allowed,
- For 12 months plan – 4 Breaks allowed.
